1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided at solligence.in (the "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. 18+ Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase compute packs, or generate media on this platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Service Description & Compute Accounting

solligence.in provides dedicated AI compute capacity for multi-modal generative video, image, and audio workflows (powered by MiniMax H3 and modern open-weight generative models).

Services are billed on a prepaid compute-time model measured in Time Remaining. Render fees are calculated based on actual render execution time with a 600-second (10-minute) minimum deduction floor per successful generation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Prohibitions

Users are strictly prohibited from submitting prompts, uploading assets, or generating content that contains:

Explicit pornography, sexual intercourse, nudity, or adult entertainment.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors.
Extreme gore, decapitation, mutilation, torture, or bodily harm.
Non-consensual deepfakes, harassment, defamation, or impersonation.
Intellectual property, trademark, or copyright infringement.
Content promoting terrorism, violence, or hate speech under Indian law.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate, non-refundable account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree). Payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) on a prepaid basis. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden maintenance fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

Subject to compliance with these terms, users retain full ownership and commercial utilization rights to the video and media files generated through their paid compute sessions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
